Alright fellas… it’s time for me to start in on the mustang to get er lookin good before i pull it out for the year. I have a 2001 Cobra bumper to paint and toss on er (it’s primed as of right now). Also I have to fix a bit of damage from the previous owner… he said he had it out on a rainy day and got on the go peddle too much and slipped into a gaurd rail gettin on the interstate. :chair
Take a look behind the rear wheel in this picture. I’ll get better pictures later tonight when i get started on it. (I’m at work now)

March 17, 2010 at 9:29 pm #20214You have to take off the interior panel and there are I believe 5 nuts you have to take off then I think it clips in. These are a real pain in the @ss to take off. I think I had a problem removing the sail panel alone without removing the panel that continues on to the A pillar.
Here’s a couple of cell phone shots… all i got for now.

repaired the damage and blended the spots into the passenger 1/4. also blended into the rear bumper there and repaired scratches on the side of the bumper cover. scuffed and re-cleared the rest. you know the drill.
tell me how bad it looks
The blend actually turned out pretty well. The rest of the car needs washed and waxed up.
