3 stages reverse blend with stagger

I need to blend in 5 coats of pearl on white. How far should I lay my 4th and 5th coats? Or the matter just stagger them, not necessary to have exact distance/position/order?
my 1st pearl will lay on nearly end of rear door, and 2nd will be cover 2/3 of front door where I blend in my base. Than 3 coats stagger in between.
OK … my jobber finally got the basecoat to match, and they have also got a test panel with 5 coats of pearl that looks matching under both indoor light and sunlight. My test panel that I have done yesterday looks well with 5 coats as well. Now, I am ready to spray
