Looks great ding. The owner did a nice job picking the colours and pattern.

I really thought the thing would look better with some old school scallops. He found a design on a more rounded plane and did some photo shopping. He had another painter lined up and that guy did the wings. After he got the wings back he realized the guy wasnt qualified…….. Unfortunately the other painter chose all the supplies. He had DBU with aftermarket reducer and matrix basecoat activator, some korean clear coat I never heard of and transtar epoxy. Well needless to say we didnt use all his products. We kept the base and got the proper DRR reducer. used Utech epoxy on it. One of my friends is a rep for a wholesale distributor that deals with SEM and they just came out with a clear that has anti sag technology. He was up a few weeks ago using my booth to spray it on some test panels before he sold it. It held out pretty nice and you could pound it on. So we went with that in an effort to avoid a disaster with all the rivets on the thing. It all worked out pretty well. we did end up giving it a quick skate and polish just because DBU goes on like corn on the cob…..

Looks cool, I’ve been following progress on Facebook.

There do seem to be a couple of fairly important parts missing though 😆
