    I painted an RV outside a few years back and it came out pretty decent, but it was a calm summers day and it was white. :S

    Yes.

    But I’ve had some not so good results too.

    You can get excellent results if you paint early, when the sun is
    just starting to come up, no wind and the dew keeps the dirt away.

    Thats why I got alot of my orange peel–too much sun and dried too fast–Was my own fault though.
