Due to the fact of my booth being outside,The fight with dust is
always ongoing…when I change my exhaust filters, the air flo
is excessively high..Outside of painting the car with the fan off, which is a pain, does anyone have any ideas how to lessen the air flo?…I also notice that my ss solvent popping is more prevalent..I would love a variable speed fan but that wont happen..

What kind of booth? Cross flow? Only way is to make a baffle to slow the air down on the intake side.. My downdraft uses both variable speed motors and motorized baffles to maintain positive pressure.

Cross draft is going to be harder to slow down, you need to block the fan off some.

block off some of the area where the filters are. theres more airflow when you put new filters in because there is less resistance.
