Bubbling paint

    Gents, I painted a car over one year ago using PPG products.
    The custom is complaining about small bubbling, one on the front bumper and the other on the hood….
    what would cause this? I was absolutely meticulous with the preparation.

    Was there any type of filler in those areas?

    no sir, new bumper and no filler in that area on the hood

    who are we talking to ,anonymous or single snail ??

    anyway my first guess is microblistering from moisture in the airline

    oops not sure why it posted anonymous on the initial thread?

    waiting on pictures to come through from the customer.

    I do have a two air dryers in line, so i’m not sure why i would have moisture, still very possible.
