    I suspect the sealer. The easiet thing 2 do is try 1 coat of sealer. Wait 10-15 mins. To fLash and go to it.

    clear over cured sanded clear doesn’t pinch , so it’s got to be the undercoats primer or base

    we use standox water base .we had the same problem,in the end we found dark base colors needed more drying times than light colors.as for your gloss loss its down to not letting your base dry enough.We use blowers six aside

    PUT on one coat let dry .check base panel 4 any defects,Then apply to wet coats .let dry and then put your drop coat on at 1half bar.The way the reps say it ,is to put on two wet coats and follow up by a drop coat straight away while wet .Not 4 me ,With water base you need to feel whats best 4 you
