good job Nex.looks like the back matched better than the front. Is it always sunny in Florida?

looks good, but stop with the primer hardlines 😉

Ryan, I know lol, this one was a tad off but good enough.

Smooth, it is only sunny when I deliver the cars hehe

Ding- Yea I gotta mask a little further next time huh?

it’s only a bumper. why waste paper masking it. prep further and put the primer where you want it

I just mask off because I end up sanding down all the overspray in my non primered areas

i couldnt see from the pictures what did you do about the rubber on the lower bumper? mask it back? remove the piece?

    November 15, 2011 at 5:11 pm #34215

The rear rubber was masked off, which is a bit hard because nothing sticks to it well in the curved areas. I used fine line on it though.

The front, as I was scuffing it, the rubber was totally dry rotted away and coming apart, so the owner and I agreed to remove both rubbers on the front, which looks just fine when installed anyways.
