So, in December i will be attending UTI in Sacramento for collision repair and autobody. this is great and all, however my real dream is to be a custom painter. I have not been able to find any schools strictly for painting/re-finishing. they all include collision repair. How do i go about finding an apprenticeship? anybody know of a school that would fit my needs? any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I have done both sine 1977 and would not take anything for the experence.
I love to paint but also like to see a wreak come together and know I did it all. Tech schools are great if you find the right one. I still learn something new every day.
Just my 2 cents worth
