    Happy New Years! anyone use Crash Write-R to write their estimates? Great program, fairly user friendly, inexpensive, and usually great tech support. Until…
    Starting this week we’ve had problems w/ crash writer and have been unable to contace tech support- busy signal. :compsmash

    The Fix: they had us change the date on our estimating computer to last month. Last year…. Turns out they were not ready for 2012. If your are experiencing similar problems try to change your date! The reason for the busy signal is that Every shop using crash writer has been trying to call tech support for 2 days now haha.
