    i dont know when last time scale has been calibrated. it must be something within my shop the other 2 painters are haveing same problems. akzo rep was here all week, hopefully he will have some helpfull answers when i see him this week.

    Ask your jobber to calibrate the scale. Takes 30 seconds. It should be done regularly. Unless you’ll are just very unlucky the pro deck is alot more accurate than that.

    it dosent matter with a old version date on the pro deck card, and a newer version date on computer?

    I do 170 to 200 ros a month and I never have any luck with colors like 301n b2 Rz jv phf pjp 503q most red metallics suck so I do them in auto base plus.

    switched to crowmax pro be going great. much easier to use, cycle time and color match have greatly improved.

    Has your paint bill gone up since u switched cause cromax is the most expensive water on the market and not worth the cost and hassle

    Well, how is it? had to sand it yet? Two tone? re-repair?

    BTW, how much water was your putting in the Autowave? 40 to 50% in metallics is perfect.

    The 1.5 coats on the Cromax is awsome hey! Are you blowing or baking? I prefer a short bake on the base, works awsome. Autowave is nice paint, but nothing beats the 1.5 coats back to back IMO. I just cant go back to spraying and flashing.
