Actually Ben carsystem Eurogold is re-packaged rage gold.Upol flyweight gold is European and made in the UK 2 very different products ;)
That is interesting. So is the U-Pol actually all that different? Easier sanding? Is the viscosity all that different?

It’s kind of like comparing European paint to north american paint…kind of the same but different with the European product getting the edge.Sands easier, spreads easier, not as brittle as evercoat fillers,IMO there is no comparison between the two.I’m not a fan of evercoat fillers anymore, there are better products out there, like USC or Marson or Upol.Give them a try and see what you like, unfortunately evercoat has been the standard for so long everybody forgets about the other companies that make fillers and putties.

I havent tried the marson platinum, but the mid-grade stuff from them did not impress me.

I’m sure I’m in the group that’s been using evercoat for ever.

I have had mixed success with various Upol products, but the stuff is sure cheap! unfortunately I’m stuck with the products I can get locally, and upol is not…

I use USC progold filler and the icing. I usually scratch the top with 80 or 120 lightly and then finish up with 180, 220 prime
