If you want to paint the whole truck then go for it. If thats what you want to do you wont be happy until you do it. If you mess it up then well try and help you fix it. as far as the tape for the moldings there are diff styles. But for what you want to do to the truck I would have a glass shop come out and cut out the front and back windows. take eerythin off the truck and make a real nice job out of it
