    As you may have noticed, I’ve redone the layout for the tips at the top. I am looking for more to add, if you’ve got some let me know. thanks!

    Seriously…

    I think one of my top tips would be to [u]always[/u] get the PDS (Product Data Sheet) for every product you use, and follow it to the letter!

    Never tell the rep from ministry of health that you don’t use the air mask because you can hold your breath for up to 5 minutes at a time.No sense of humour.

    Using 36 grit to speed up stripping off the paint does *not* speed up the job!

    ya night hawk is right 24grit on the ol souix body grinder with a star cut disc is WAY faster right on nighthawk GITTERDONE!!!!!:laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    double check the can that you grab before you pour. DX330 wax and grease remover does not make a good reducer for DBC base:blush: . Gums up really fast:(

    Why doesn’t anyone make 14 grit??? Sure would speed up productivity & make knocking down my bondo work less of a chore.

    Here’s a serious tip…

    Do a sprayout card, and clear it, to make sure you have a good color match, before you shoot the entire job.

    kinda funney that most of the painters i know never do that one till they get into trouble i always feel like a minority but also a guy should take notes on that card ive kicked myself in the ass for not doing that:angry:
