Hi All
I am not in the refinishing industry at all, as my user name suggests, I am in the aviation game but a great passion of mine is building and restoring classic bikes and cars.
I did my trade as a motor mech and although I am handy and know my way around things mechanical, the perfect body and paint have always been a dark art to me, things of voodoo magic.
My desire is to learn and become accomplished in doing my own body work and laying down that perfect coat of colour.
The ultimate goal is to turn what, until now been a hobby and passion into a full time little business and have a small shop of my own.
So I guess I won’t be adding much, as I have not got much to add, but I will be soaking up every word like a sponge in the hope of learning from the gurus, so if my questions seem silly and stupid, please forgive me, what I need to learn, most have you have forgotten already.Welcome to the site and don’t be shy….ask away :cheers
