hi flo fittings

Are hi flo fittings all that necessary? Curious becuase every one I talk to says yes. Bc of air restriction. But ur gun has a wide range of air adjustment. I have never used hi flo fittings but would love to hear what u all have to say. Imo u can turn up air preswure to bypass that (air restriction)
i installed them about a month ago only because i switched to prevost couplers. they make a difference but not huge.
