Hey guys the current air compressor at my shop is giving me to many problems. So I am looking to add one more compressor only for me the painter. He has up for sale a Ingersoll vertical 7.5-HP 80-Gallon two-Stage. He says it is 8 to ten years old and he did a oil change often on it. Is this compressor a good one? Or not favored in the painting community. I use sata 4000 rp and hvlp. Will this compressor be enough? What do I look for before I buy it? He has put a 25 hp compressor in place so I can not even test it out before I buy it. Also around how much would this be worth in your opinion?
Thanks everyone.
Here is a 2009 I found on ebay that is selling for $800.00. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ingersolrand-Air-Compressor-/191102469352
The new ones seem to go for $1800.00 to $2100.00. I have never used one but the new ones seem to get great reviews. Hope this helps! :cheer:
