    There is a flake of paint missing in the size of a bean. There are 2 or 3 scratches inside this area that barely goes through the metal.
    Do I have to sand the whole panel and repaint or just sand and paint only the affected area?

    Yes you must sand the whole panel after you prime your repair to prep for a blend of colour then clear the full panel

    unless you can do a micro repair :kofee amazing how well some stuff can be touched up with a brush :rock
