I just watched the video on YouTube. Its about sand the clear coat run.and he was putting bondo around the run area.question is what kind the bondo is it? :stoned
I doubt its Bondo. A finishing putty is my guess.
Did u try that way? Problem is he put putty on fresh paint?even over night? Doesn’t damage the clear?
No. Have tryed it myself. Works fine…
yes it was a finishing putty, probably 3M Flowable 05824
yes, i used a fine putty,and it work out great. i did it on the bottom of a bumper :rock
Putting putty over day old paint seems really stupid but it isn’t! It’s honestly the only way I know how to get a run 100% out. If someone knows a better way please tell me.
