I have a beater – a new project I’m overly enthused about. I need parts. Where do you guys find them? I need a donor car, not just from a catalog. This car is obscure enough I probably can’t find a catalog for parts anyway.
The car is an ’82 Subaru Brat, and I’m pretty sure it’s the love of my life. Well actually it’s a pile of crap, but it’s awesome to me. It’s older than I am, and that makes it totally classic.
I need both doors, drivers side A-pillar, door jamb, rocker, fender. Passenger side rocker. The bed is rusted out at the front between the cab and bed – the bottom corner there where the bed meets the cab is actually a separate piece of metal than the actual inside of the cab – like a truck with a separate bed but simply spot welded higher up.
The frame is good, floor pans…. ARE INTACT! I can’t believe it.
I’ll get pics up here soon, but I’m hitting up the forums for leads at this point. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I’m told by a friend that there are lots of these old subaru’s in eastern Washington. Anybody out in that area? or Oregon?
