Mitsubishi L200

    Real pain in the ass yesterday, new bodyside or box side as you guys call them came for this mitsubishi pick up.

    Came as a full assy with half the floor attached, we had to pick the side panel off, as adding half the floor was going to an even bigger pain.

    That is sort of interesting. I guess they assume they’ll have hard hits in the side…

    Where the hell have you guys been? Toyota has sold bedsides like that forever. :whistle: The mtisi trucks here are the same as the dodge dakota [new ones] and the old ones were the ram 50 like what nicks workin on there, just uglyed up some. Just like mazda and the ranger, isuzu and the canyon-colorado.

    ya but with the toyota ya can just buy the skin to an its alot cheaper

    Ah was just a tiny job on the driver’s door, small patch of rust on the lower edge

    wow sure glad I read this thread … got a toyota box side on order and had the whole side ordered … phoned right after reading this and stopped it and ordered just the skin …. where the hell were you on monday when I ordered it :whistle:

    my painter has made a nice job of this one hardly any dirt, not bad considering it was quite a squeeze in my small booth.
