..I am going to put in a new booth. I currently have an old cross draft with no heat…I am not going to dig a pit.
I am switching to water soon. Req by July 2013
This booth by americure is intriguing …. Check out the blowers in the ceiling. Thoughts?

Quoted at about $ 40k at my door. Plus install . I can’t find a better deal ( with blowers and heat)
Direct from mfr.Looks like this shop is using them. I am going to contact them also.

Not sure of the quality of the americure booths. never seen one. dont like the idea of the center ceiling blowers. honestly corner blowers are probably the most effective. with good airflow, your horizontal panels are going to flash pretty quick on their own. its the sides and bottom areas that need the most help.
as far as pricing, have you actually had anyone come right out to your shop. You want them to come out, check out your layout, and give you a firm price that includes the installation. get prices from multiple companies. and see if you can check out installations at other shops so you have a point of reference for quality. In this economy, you should be able to work them on the pricing. I know a few years ago, they were practically giving away boothsApril 3, 2012 at 6:26 am #36595Most nozzle systems don’t work all that great. I’ve had the opportunity to use pretty much every system avil and find that the Garmat ceiling fans to be the best most productive system I’ve seen to date.
Does the Americure, preheat the air?
Don’t cheat on the installers, the best booth with crappy installation isn’t worth the cheapest booth properly installed. They will cut corners wherever possible and you’ll pay the price later for it.
April 3, 2012 at 3:57 pm #36597That is interesting to know. I honestly thought it was the stupidest idea. but then again I havent had the chance to use the systems yet. If they are the most productive, that is good. because they used to be about 1/2 price of the jun air quads. Of course it still seems like alot of money for 3 Home Depot looking ceiling fans mounted in the booth :rofl :rofl :rofl
April 4, 2012 at 1:18 am #36607GFS is the best booth on the market, bar none. Their new horizontal driers are really good but I still like the Garmat fans the best. Standard install is three fans, four is much, much better.
