Hows it going everybody. I finally signed up to this site so I could share in all the great info you have on this site. Im an ASE certified painter and ive been painting in a production shop as the head painter for 2 years now. I hope to learn more from you guys and possibly share some of my knowledge with you all. Are you working in a dealer or independent shop? What paint system are you using down there? I can imagine the spraying environment being quite different down there: you must deal with high temperature and humidity.

Im working at an independent shop at the moment and we spray ppg omni plus and envirobase. Here in miami its ridiculously hot and humid especially for this time of the year. The waterbase takes forever to dry even with the air movement in the booth. Our booth isnt temperature controlled either but with the temps I normally see its like a mini oven haha
