Have a 66 GTO with some issues trying to work out car is black and was media blasted and painted 2 yrs ago car is still in shell stage my biggest issue is paint peeling on frt fenders and secondly old buffing compound where it was not washed off lower edges and panels leaving white streaks and dimples in the clear I know the fenders will have to be stripped should the whole car be re sanded and cleared or should I try to cut and polish the streaks what is the best way to do the fenders they are off the car was hoping not to have to do paint work but looks like that’s not going to happen so any help would be appreciated..
