orange peel

I keep getting either a streak of orange peel or if I paint a panel it will appear in one spot about the size of a mans hand when I apply my last coat of clear. What is happening and how do I correct this. I dont usually have orange peel on the whole panel just in a small place.
Sounds like you have to lay it on more even and wetter. Tell us what gun and clear you are using.
sounds like youve missed that particular area if the rest of the panel is good, what guns?paint? you using.
remember the primer and basecoat need to go on flat and even otherwise any structure in these will show in your clear which could give you an undesirable effect.
