    Hey Guys Tryin to find some answers I have been doin this a long time and never had a problem like this I have some Quarter and Dime size Blisters showing up on a 34 ford I did about a year ago. The car is Black so I repaired the spots sanded buffed looked great then put it outside for a few minutes and new places are blistering and in some of the repaired placed not all of them Body is fiberglass hood is steel it is happening on both. The paint id ppg global balck Primer below is ppg JP 202

    Maybe the fiberglass wasn’t fully cured, and now trapped gasses are expanding due to (sun)heat causing blisters?
    You say it’s also the case on the steel hood. Did you use fiberglass fillers there?

    What is left on the surface after you pick the bubble?
