good color choice with the cabinets. as far as the insulation goes i think its done well, putting extra and then trimming would seem like a waste of material and time. how much longer u think till its done?? from experience looks like u have another 4-5 months?

Outstanding and looking good :clappy . I know it must feel really good to work on your own home and you will surely appreciate it much more after it’s done. Enjoy it and thanks for the photos, now you have me thinking about foam insulation in my garage for the paint booth, haha…can you rent that equipment or do you have to be licensed to spray that foam? Those little rattle cans at Lowe’s would take me an awful long time (laughing hysterically, :rock).

    thanks everyone.
The spray foam was a little stressfull. Paid my brother-in-law for all the material. He didnt show up when he was supposed to. when he did he only sprayed the first floor and it looked like silly string. then he never came back (good thing actually) so i hired some one else to do the second and third floor. What a diff between the 2 applications.
Hopefully it will be done enough to move in in a few months

Yeah those first few pics are a little scary haha…but it gets the job done anyways…no one will ever see it. That’s the rigid foam correct? Most of the jobs I’ve been on the rigid foam doesn’t even fill the whole cavity. The soft foam they spray heavy and let it expand out past the studs and then shave it off flush. But most people seem to use the rigid foam. It’s good stuff for sure. Works real nice on a pole barn with tin. Stiffens the whole building up real nice. But anyways…house looks pretty damn nice…doing a good job.
