just out of curiosity has the intake filter ever been changed it that booth? thought they were white:whistle:
:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :roflDont blame poor Benny. The painter just left and he hasnt had time to Spruce it up brokeback style yet
The filters do need to be changed soon and the booth needs a good cleaning. Finding a few small surprises like the solvent gun washer no longer works, the water gun washer was nasty dirty, one of the air couplers in the booth needed replacing…we didn’t have any spray out cards or tack cloths…lol
but it is all getting taken care of as we go

February 12, 2011 at 10:55 pm #28398I haven’t changed my filters n a week. Yesterday I had to crack the door open slightly while bakeingn useing some 1 1/2 tape to hold it open slightly. I couldn’t even get the dmper to move in the opsite direction. So I basically recreated open floor conditions. 🙂 and u guess it, everything came out perfectly. Lol. I think I’m onto somethin. 🙂

It will help. Of course, with such low humidity here and the blowers on the wall it does dry relatively fast.
But you said it dried slow….

Getting some air movement is going to improve dry time of the autowave :kofee
I don’t remember saying a dried slow. I may have said it dries a little slower than envirobase…still faster than other products.Well, I got that 1500 back together a few days ago:

I’ve been using it for base, spraying at 22-24 psi. (same when I sprayed PPG, but would do the control coat around 15-17 PSI).
I’ve tried it a few times with clear. Seems to work well around 27-30 PSI.I think it is the best Devilbiss gun I have used. I’m happy and would buy more, the price is fair.
