People’s opinions on Travelers Insurance?

Just wondering what people think of Travelers Insurance and the way they handle claims? Let know your thoughts…..
around here they are one of the better companys. they hire appraisers thay actually know a little something about a car.

hey ive got it more time than i care ta admit but you are right its getting harder ta pull the wool over some of the adjusters eyes;) 😉

protect what do you think of travelers?its lot easyer ta come down than go up in this buissness anyway that what i was taught when i started from a guy that had been doing this stuff since the late 40s dam good advice if ya ask me;) dont buy your work an ya wont have ta cater ta any adjuster that dont know his head from his ass…

I’d love to provide an inside perspective to the dark side of the industry. Even though the law is black n white, many insurance companies do things completely different. We actually try to do the right thing and conceed to customers when many problems arise.

where ya from protect. the travelrs ajusters around me are good guys. but like any good company there can be idiots working for them and visa versa. bad companies can have some good people working for them.
we do a fair amount for travellers the only peeve i have with them is supp confirmation but the adjuster in this area is going through some bad times right now so i give him alittle more slack than others since his wife is bad of with cancer.

You’re totally right about there being some bad and some good in every company.
