either compliant if your bothered about regs or a conventional which will break up primers and will still give high transfer rates with high build primers ,imo HVLP is waste of time with most high builds ,the airgunza HTE3 is an excelent choice and has tip sizes up to 3.5 ,currently they are on dealer promo so deals can be had along with W400 and some variants like the bellaria and i think the WBX as well

That airgunza really is cheap at the minute!

I was looking to get a 2.5 tip for my W400 for poly primer, but it would be cheaper to buy a new gun instead :wak

my mate at custompaintstudio is an official Iwata dealer and keeps me up to speed on the offers but in fairness the Gunsa has always been a great deal ,although sold as a primer sealer gun they are in fact good allrounders maybe too good for Iwata to promote them as a clear gun which they are very capable of being

Agreed, AZ3 is an excellent gun. I have a 1.3 and it is used for clear only on smaller jobs. Fan is a little smaller than the Tekna but sprays very evenly, not quite as flat as the Tekna but still very good.

About the only complaint I would have is that it tends to get a buildup around the fluid tip and this compromises spray pattern. Have to keep it perfectly clean and it gives excellent results. I was going to downgrade it to use for base but with the prices currently available out of the UK, excluding VAT, it is a remarkable bargain. Probably best cheap gun you can buy at the moment. Think I might buy a couple. At $114 delivered how could you go wrong?
