I use Fast orange hand cleaner works good no problems yet with it ( I keep my Cherry Blossom and Alomond soap at home hahaha )

To tell you the truth tho, I have never heard of anyone having these kinds of problems. Im sure its out there, but I have no experience with it.

I heard that some of the soaps with aloe also cause issues…

I also heard that some hand cleaners with pumice can be used to scuff clean the car….I would never try it though.

Office products like “Lemon Pledge” cause us trouble so we just stick to body shop friendly detail supplies to clean the office. Also, some air fresheners that my uniform company slips in without asking has caused trouble.

What? No frilly smelling soaps at work? But I like my hands to smell like lavender while I’m smearing bondo on a fender. 😛

I’ve heard of similar issues, but haven’t experienced any such problems. If your environment is fairly clean, you use gloves a paint suit and remember to use wax and grease remover, you probably won’t have issues.

    lol Ben!!
No I have never had issues with fish eyes but thought I would post in case someone has usable knowledge to shed light on…didn’t know it was gonna be such a hoot.. :rofl

I have heard of some soaps and detergents that can cause problems though…

The only similar problem I’ve experienced is when working with one guy that all of a sudden started to get fisheyes in his job, with a small white flake in the centre. Turns out his new under arm deodorant with turning to powder and running down the inside of his sleeve into the paint 😆

Putting on a proper painting suit with elasticated cuffs cured the problem straight off.
