Sata 3000 1.4 Problems

The gun sprays top and bottom heavy.Put a new needle cap kit and a new air distribution insert.Also fan control only works from halfway closed to narrow.Gun is clean and still sprays bad.Any ideas?
Possibly to much air pressure? maybe your gun regulator is acting up giving giving you incorrect air cap pressure.
Swap out a know good regulator and give her another try.good luck!
Pressure doesnt seem to affect the pattern.
Sounds like the O ring on the fan control knob….
Got the gun back from sata and the replacement air distribution ring was the wrong one.Sprays fine now.
