Scuffed Plastic trim

I’ve some black plastic trim that presses onto my bumper thats a bit scuffed.
Can I use body fillers to get out the deep scratches or should I be looking at something more flexible?
After that, what kind of paint should I spray all the plastics with, heard Duplicolor is pretty good? I’m in Ireland so products might be a little different to you guys in the US.
