    MY GUN FOR CLEAR COAT: ANEST IWATA W400 1.4
    AIR INLET PRESSURE: 29-32 PSI
    FLUID KNOB: 3-4 TURN FROM FULL CLOSE
    FAN KNOB: FULL OPEN
    PATTERN OVERLAP: 60%

    Sata 4000 digi, 27 psi, 1.3, wide open when hot and material about 3 turns in (10% reduced clear too) when it’s cold and fan control about 75% in (about 5-6″ fan 4-5″ from vehicle). I’m a close and fast sprayer so I tend to overlap abot 80%. Like glass or sags, depending on my mood….

    2 turns in fan half turn in
    about 70% overlap
    love this gun, my 3000 rp just got retired!!
