Anyone used Sikkens BT 300 clear. The paint supplier that I bought my basecoat and clearcoat from use this clearcoat. I will paint my car tomorrow with this stuff and sikkens basecoat. They have put everything in bottles so I just have to mix it together and spray but what I don’t like that they did not put the brand on it just sikkens, or did not send any TDS. Where I live there is no paint supplier so I have to order by mail. I guess I have to trust them when they measured the hardener and reducer for the clear.
the mix is clear 0,5L hardener 0,25L reducer 0,13LJuly 19, 2014 at 9:16 pm #46997Download tech sheets on the internet (from the manufacturers website). The tech sheets will tell you how to mix the parts. Did you get some mixing cups, strainers and stir sticks?
