i like the bottle of sams on the rak looks pretty nice

looks good. A little different than the way we do it though. We edge in all the parts, then install them, then paint them all on the car. What’s the most common method? I’m just wondering, I’m just a rookie lol

    Nice work Ding!

We usually do jobs this same way. No lines in jamb, and only spray all the parts once. Saves time.

Is the tan tape you used on this one Norton?

Cllean work ding! It’s time to clean my booth…

I like to paint as much apart as i can. It makes a nicer cleaner job overall.
Ya ryan that is the norton tape.not too bad. smells kinda like bathroom hand sanitizer  . it is a lot stickier than the 3m tape. no more washing out the wheelwells to get the tape to stick 😉 and a 1 1/2 roll was about $1.25 cheaper than the 3m

I like the Norton a lot better. It does smell funny though.

We edge in parts and jams then assemble then use aperature (sp?) tape in the jams and gaps. I’m sure both ways are ok, I was just wondering since I’ve only worked at one shop.
