Yes. You need to use a Non-gasing hose. I would recomend the Permoflex from Sata! They run at 75 bucks. Change hose when you start getting liile blacks hairs or black chunks. They usually last 6 months to a year if you dont bake them.So make a quick detach and when your done spraying take the hose with you.

We have been using the flexzilla hoses http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=26864 and have found them to work very well.We get about a year and a half out of them with repeated bake cycles.
We have also had great luck with wurth brand hoses just for the booth, super flexable, thats what we are using now, over a year and a half and still going strong with no chunks yet :p

We switched to the flexzilla hoses as well, they last a long time, and you don’t have that coil and twist up like a regular hose.

    thanks guys for replys.
What diamatre hose yous recomend? seems like flexzilla is a us company but there are companies who will ship to uk.
is it esential to use high flo connectors?

Another vote for the flexzilla, (if you can get it shipped to you) And although not absolutely necessary, the high flow couplers make things just that much nicer. I can tell a difference when using them and when not using them.

Here is the Eaton. the part number is H20106. It is under the weatherhead name. It takes specific hose fittings that do not get crimped on. They work really well and have never seen one leak.
