Hi guys just stopped by to introduce myself. My name is Paul but everyone knows me as Higgy. I left school in 1980 and served my coach painter apprenticeship with Rolls Royce Motors. Over the years I have painted everything from trucks to motorcycles. I now have two businesses, firstly is my tattoo studio White Star. I have been tattooing for about 13 years but recently started to miss the smell of paint, plus in times of recession a second income is always welcome. My solution was to start up the second business, ” Olde English Kustoms “. We cover both SMART repairs and custom paint including airbrushing and pinstriping. I’m quite new to WB paints so I might be asking plenty of questions on that subject. I was trained in not only spraying but also traditional coach painting with a brush, comes in useful when restoring vintage vehicles. If I can help in any way just give me a call.

    Hearty thanks Higgy

I have posted these pictures in my profile. I worked on the Rolls as an apprentice, picture taken at the Geneva motor show. The little red engine, I painted and cleared it with a brush.

    Hi Andy

I grew up in Cheshire, moved to Manchester and now live in Liverpool. I always fancied living by the sea but I’m not sure this is what I had in mind. With regard to my age, I can remember when paint fumes were good for ya !!!
