    for my shop, fleets make a big portion of our business. heres a few pics of my current project. its a 2000 ford type 3 ambulance. this thing is a beast to work on. its gonna be color changed to a darker red and brighter white lol.

    Yeah, I thought the same thing at first. But then noticed he said he still had to change the colors…

    Why would anyone keep the same scheme, and colors, yet change the tone slightly?
    It’s an ambulance… Who cares if it’s white or off white.

    Looks like a lot of work to me.

    yea sorry they’re in reverse order and thanks Doright for getting them up correctly. I didnt paint it yet but its gonna bc/cc. different design and color scheme to match a company’s existing fleet. i actually got this one to fit inside the booth today which will make my life just a little bit easier. so far the prep and masking took about 30 hours labor.

    it took a quart and half white 3 coats, full gallon of the medium red 6 coats, 3 activated quarts primer 2 coats, a gallon and half of clear 3 coats, almost 2 gallons of reducer.
