Viking paint booth

well here it is i have come across a Viking paint booth to buy as I dont have one it is a viking i dont know model but its a side down draft booth its 24 foot long and 12 foot wide 9 1/2 feet tall has 24inch intake fan and 24 inch exhaust fan has 14 lights and is single phase 220 (which is good for me as i dont have 3 phase) also comes with an air compressor that needs a pump (would put an Eaton pump on it) for $1,200.00
does this sound like a deal ?
its currently assembled and working but its been sitting for yrs he tells me i can come see it anytime start it up and here it run and he thinks know one ever used it or hardley used it
this guy bought the building and this was inside but per the deal with the building he has to remove the booth. i told him i was very interested and he even said he would deliver itif its never been used then the fan and ducts should be sparkling clean. if its solid, 1,200.00 is a great deal. gonna be a real pain to disassemble and then reassemble but i guess its worth it
The 12′ width is pretty tight. 14′ would be alot better.
well i need to go look at it. he says it has some extra light panels and regular panels so it could very well be a 14 foot booth that was shrunk down to fit where it is now
on a side note i just bought a Col-met IBC-0807 Exhaust wall four years old looks like new still for $250.00 was thinking of reselling this to help or payfor the booth :stoned
