    Well after a lot of solvent pop and trying new clears that brought some big runs :whistle: ………………

    its better sticking to what you know lol

    2 coats of standox blk ground coat (sata 2000 1.4)
    2 coats of standox black with red/bronze xirralic (sata 2000 1.4)

    4 coats of max meyer 0200 clear with fast hardner (sata 2000 1.3)

    by the way the roof and bonnet are satin black just incase you thought i forgot to paint it :whistle:

    Well that’s turned out a lot better B)

    I like the way you’ve done the bonnet. The satin thing really isn’t my bag, and doing it all would look awful IMO, but by going off the bodyline and having the edges gloss to match the wing and A pillar works pretty well 🙂

    yeh thought the satin was going to look differ so we did it ………..the red xirralic coat makes the car turn red /brown in the sun its CRAZY lol

    now i think i may well hang my guns up and get another job :whistle:

    well she’s done and dusted

    sanded it basck with 1000-1200-1500-2000 then 3000 trizac
    polished with menz 203s
