y at shops there is always that know it all??

The shops that i worked at theas always that one guy that always knows it all ..its his way or no way… How u guys deal with that???
As long as that guy doesn’t have authority over you don’t worry about it. Just concentrate on doing quality work in a timely manner. That’s what I suggest. Also try not to make things personal (involving egos) . When discussing ways of doing things be ready to prove your way is the correct or better way. Most importantly don’t be the one who thinks his way is always the best. After 28 yrs in the biz I’m still learning stuff. 😉
Thanks for the advise i juss dnt like wen am doing something one way an its coming out good and some one that is juss a co worker tellin me wat to do or how to do things .. I like to learn try different things but theas different ways of doing things i feel its wat ever works for u… If i try it and it does work or dnt feel confutable i got back to how i do it …The way u fix a dent might not be the same way some one else does but the results are the same or better..
