There is a good article in Etalon newsletter about dust inclusions in paint.
    Have a look: http://archive.aweber.com/etalon/Em2E9/h/ETALON_Automotive_Refinishing_June.htm

In Europe we don’t have Tekna, but it is the same gun – Devilbiss GTI Pro Lite. This gun gives the possibility to adjust your spray pattern according to the environment. In California you probably use waterborne paints. If you have high humidity, the atmosphere slow the drying time, so it is better to select higher flow air cap. If you are using TE20 for instance, move up to HV30 in order to provide drier application. Concerning fluid tip, as the temperature increases, drying times are reduced, so you may need to select a larger fluid tip for increased paint flow, together with an air cap with a lower air flow to achieve a wetter application.
    I hope it helps.

    Hello Martin,
It is interesting that you know HB Body products well. Actually I used to work for them before I started business myself.
Is it popular in your market?

I didn’t want to impose any opinion. The term “non-premium” is provoking itself. The only reason for this post is to list paint brands, which, for some people will be completely unknown. For example, we have no idea about Matrix brand in Europe, yet it is well-known in States.

I think Tenka Pro is the same gun with GTI PRO in Europe. If yes, the difference between PRO and PRO Lite is quite significant.
Firstly, PRO Lite is lighter by about 25%
Second, PRO Lite uses new air caps (HV30, TE10, TE20 etc), which use advanced technology, so-called interlligent atomization.
From our experience selling Pro Lite (we are distributors of Devilbiss to Greece and other 9 countries in the region), is a really great spray gun with a lot to offer.
    I hope my answer helped.

It is true that with UV protector the headlight just polished will last longer. However, you must be really sure that this products is good. Sometimes it is better just to leave the polished headlight as it is.
