Well that seems to be the process we are using. I will invest in the viscosity cup. I have not used a wet bed with this paint yet. I believe it would be blender pro that I saw kicking around the mixing room. I think one of our problems is the 1.3 tip thats in our Sata. I’ll try the new tip and air cap, and see where it takes me from there.
I also ran into WA 301N recently…..it appears that it is in fact a tri stage, however instead of using a mid coat, GM tinted their clear. I used Onyx HD with no trouble…I should add that I hate the paint that I am forced to use!
