The customer brought it back. He don’t like the pesky dust nibs. I’m gonna have to buff. Da with 3/32 1500 da wet, then 3000 ttriazac ut wet. Then yellow pad with fine cut, then white pad machine glaze. All day bitch. Does anybody have a buff product that they swear by. I’m going to be rebuffing for funk ever with my procedure and I know it..

That should stop the chips, but I have a question about why the doo handles are covered in paper? Why not just cover the whole thing with the plastic sheet? Am I missing something? I tape the door quarter seal to keep overspray from getting under plastic. Is that it?
Honestly that bedside wasnt terrible. Not sure how your metal skills are, but it probably would have been a better repair to fix it than cut it up like that
I put an inner tube behind it to push it out, and messed around for about 30 mins. If I had not had the old bed section out back in the weeds, I would have fixed it. It was a close call. This was the first time I sectioned a bedside. The customer was a buddy of mine and he says it still looks great. I thought about this after seeing Bonomerchant do the white Ford.
