The 0300 is from amo products not sure what the website is called. £75 for the kit. I’m sure I’ve tried quickline. I think it said on the data sheet that it’s not for water base paint. I’ve ordered this yesterday http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171419338348?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I’ve tried some of the primers and panel wipe they have and they are good quality. They have said the clear will not lose gloss over water base. Time will tell.

firstly where a suit. most of what lands in a job comes off the painter.
    wet the floor
put the car is in the booth and mask all the seals and edges so there are no gaps for anything to come out of.
go outside and blow your self off in the suit.
turn off the air blowers in the spraybooth.
    wipe down the air line
    panel wipe the job
tack it with a clean tack rag and air blower.
make sure your hands are clean then with the blower go over the panel with your hand laying flat wiping down the panel.
go mix you paint come back and go over it again with clean hands.
put your fist coat of base on then turn on the air blowers. never walk between the blowers and the basecoat.
before next coat turn off the blowers and with the new side of the tack rag and blower go gently over the job.
put next coat on and repeat until your ready for clear.
also check the panel to make sure that it hasnt already got any bits in it already e.g from a previous job. they will show through
