You are useing the wrong reducer acording to the dupont web sight it say’s to use 20% Ful base 441-21 or 441-22 reducer. Some time different reducer cause trouble even with the same parent company. I have seen this happen before but if you color sanded and waited until the next day and buffed it out the haze was gone. I have seen this happen also when the fans were turned off before the solvent evaporeted and it settled on the top panel (hood roof deck lid)

davidj1950I have not used the Razor yet but I have 6 sharpe spray guns and they all work great. I have the T1 Compliant which is the one before the razor for
clear it is great. I use the HPLV versions for base. I have a 1.3 and a 1.4
for base. I have never had any trouble at all with any of my guns all you
have to do is keep them clean. I have made a good living with them.
The HPLV version lays down the clear real good after you get it set up to your speed an it does not have as mush overspray as the compliant version.
The T1 Compliant can really lay down some slick clear after you get used to it. And it is great for base also.
They make some great guns.I agree with Ben I never use anything corser then 1500 to 2000 grit to
do my sanding before I buff. 800 is way to course for me.
I have never used the clear you are using though
Most clears sand real good around the 16 to 24 hour mark for me it depends on the clear you use.
DavidI think all painter need to know how to do body work also not just painting.
I have done both sine 1977 and would not take anything for the experence.
I love to paint but also like to see a wreak come together and know I did it all. Tech schools are great if you find the right one. I still learn something new every day.
