I’m going to take this EHP formula I have and remove the pearls, add metallic, and tint accordingly. I’ll let you know how it turns out
I did call the color lab, that’s where I got the this Ford Europe formula.
That’s what I figured would happen. The European formula that PPG hooked me up with had green, white, and blue pearl. And it’s a metallic color from the 60’s :blink:. I removed the pearls leaving only a little white, and added a medium metallic and it’s actually not too bad. I think I might be able to use this as a starting point to building a blend able match.

Whats the damage on one of those systems Ryan? I don’t even know. When I first started painting I used a charcoal mask just because I was naive, there was a brand new SATA vision hanging on the wall. Then after going to school and using the SATA vision there I set up ours and am not looking back. There is nothing equal to fresh air
You have to understand, isocyanates don’t enter just through your lungs. They are attracted to moisture. That means your mouth, nose and eyes will soak them up like a sponge! it will even get sucked in through your skin. That’s your body bro, you only get one of em

Something else to think about, sales at all paint companies are way down. Most can’t give you free stuff as it has to be accounted for somewhere. Plus if you are hitting them up for free stuff so are 100 other painters. I’m sure it gets old real fast. How many of you would work for free at work on a weekly basis? I’m with Joe on this I can see the shop getting freebies because they actually spend the money. The painter doesn’t.[/quote]
