I have PS7 and a new copy of CS2 I have to admit though I don’t use them very often not often enough to have programs like that any way.
I was into it for a while and then just sort of lost interest life got busy and stayed that way and those programs can really burn up the time playing with them learning them.
Just learning those is a full time job not too mention running them. And I thought I was in the middle of no were?
Very Jealous over here Bondo
I need to move up there if the fishing were a bit better I would probably look into it.
The Hunting has to be good 👿 Elk? Deer?
I know the Snowmachining is good :woohoo:Takes tallent to hold a Video camera and drive a manual trany truck with power steering by Arm strong all the while drinking a beer all at the same time! :silly: Becarefull silly.
Sheriff dont like tricks like that ask me some time how I know   :SWow neat stuff Jimmo
Kinda expensive to get into though
Can you paint over the stuff?
Or do you paint stuff first then mask and applied there system?Very cool I would like to try the stuff but I be a poor white boy.
That’s actually how they make real Mirrors isn’t it?
My first thought was it was a couple of Grey Wolves but if you say they are Coyotes ok I take your word for it.
Either way looks like they were getting to close to people farms.
We have a few local Coyotes that like to run around here cant shoot them though too many homes in the area now.
The Mountain lions stay to the foot hills mainly they get the occasional dog every once in a while.ding wrote:
a cabinet maker used to own the house. Behind the locked door in the bar was his office and more storage space. The thing will be a work in progress. gonna get a few rooms set up enough so we can move in. then when my other house sells there will be more money to hopefully complete the inside of the house and some of the barn.Nick, the house was a foreclosure. the power has been shut off all winter and the water was disconnected. that all helped in keeping the price down as not to many banks would write a mortgage on something like that. really just the land was worth what I paid for the whole thing. the cool part is the bank had a brand new furnace installed in January thats never even been fired yet. the roof is pretty new and most of the windows have recently been replaced.
We have to jack up some spots on the floors and brace them. the sheetrock is coming down so we can re-insulate the walls plus there is a little mold on them. mostly it is all cosmetic stuff.
Now if i could only talk the wife into renovating the barn first :wak
Make wife happy first!!!!! Just a peice of advice . That shop is on a foundation it isnt going any were.
Make sure when you pull sheet rock too reinsulate you document that all the mold is killed with Bleach goes a long way when time to resell. My last house I sold had some Mold issues They killed me over it. :cens every one makes such a big deal out of it nowdays. :cens
Lots of potential in that place Ding lots of it
If it was me though I would have brought in a General contractor to fix and remodel it as you would want it.
For estimates any way so you could have thrown it all into one loan, That way you get it the way you want it.
Another reason to bring in the pro’s they see things that the unsuspecting buyer doesn’t.Nice place any way
3 phase power too? you lucky dog!!!!!! I would have bought the place just for that reason alone!Actually I can see why in a lot of ways too many dealers competing for same customer base with same product = lower prices.
Weed out Dealers with bad habits for servicing or multiple customer complaints = loose customer base for a product line from a bad service, repair or warranty issues.Fewer dealers = Higher prices!
When shops get busy and too big the customer always looses! such as with dealers selling multiple brands. So who is loosing in this deal? the consumer as always. (But it will help too in a lot of ways)
Chevys and Ford are doing it too The Big 3 are taking lessons from the ones kicking there ass Toyota and Nissan.
Problem is they all should have been doing this stuff 20 years ago
All and all I think the main ones responsible for allowing all these banks to give out bad loans should be in jail and in no way should the banks or any other company be bailed out as they have done.
This has to be the biggest miss justice to the American people in history! We would have had a faster recovery had they all just went bankrupt, With the responsible parties in Prison if wrong doing can be proven.
With that said I have a few question’s
I’m not the smartest tack in the box BUT??? :S  :huh:Why haven’t all these Companies been investigated for wrong doing????
Were is the public outcry for justice???
The biggest of all why should the American tax payer bailout any company???
When did we become a Socialist country???
Go ahead drink more of the water in your city’s!!!! :wak
