I know what your going threw not having your shop I had fits till I got mine built I’m still behind from going with out one and then this wrist deal slowed me down again but now I am up and going again wrist sucks worse now than before but I am using it. 🙁

I am going to try to start building a second shop behind my house this next year its going to be bigger! :woohoo:
I am hoping that when I get my 57 done and sold it will pay for most of it. I will be doing most all the labor my self.
I built my current shop my self I had very little help It’s better that way.
Hey about the building fund you will never regret what you do for your family! and with the credit cards well its only money! You will just have to paint a few more! by the way that’s why I dont have those things too Easy to use ever wonder how you did it before with out them well you did, just you came up with another way is all.
I hate the things my employer wants me to get one for travel I keep telling him well give me a company card then, They wont.
And I ain’t getting no Credit card either! I hate em! I had a few before it was ok except using it over board occaisionaly to buy car junk and then they raised my interest rates for no reason at all??? so I paid them off and cut em up asap!
It’s like now I would have a bunch of Paint supplies and car parts here if I did have one or two. I am trying to stick with just my House and car payment that’s all. If things get worse with my arm again who knows?
    I
You dont sand the door jambs any more than that? as compared to the body it doesn’t even look like you hit them at all?
    Nice masking job!

BK I didn’t know you were working right out of your garage? Do you paint in there too?

That stuff looks really course, a heck of a lot courser than the 60 grit sand I use.

After yesturday I’m looking at moving were I blast all together, Want to keep it away from the shop.
I am sick of it getting inside the shop, Seams I blast for an hour or two and clean up the stuff for several weeks after words.
My Blaster blew a hole in the main hose to the dead man yesturday while it was setting unattended blew about 40 lbs of sand every were before I caught it, What a mess.

    March 5, 2009 at 6:33 pm #13140

    I am impressed too!
How in the Heck did you leave the engine and tranny in the thing to do that?
I see the cradle between the seats and the tranny lift supporting the engine pan But Dam???
You didn’t use any more than that to support the engine?
I have an engine support brace that sits between the fenders I guess you could have used one of those to hold the engine up, but that’s a heavy sob I would be afraid it would hurt the fenders, or bend my support.
Is that a Ford or Chevy I cant tell?

How did you support the engine & tranny while you rolled the frame in and out? :woohoo:

And I thought I was Crazy
